Kathleen Zarrell

As a real estate and finance professional since 1990, Kathleen has worked closely with real estate investors as well as other professionals buying and financing residential, agricultural and commercial real estate. Kathleen grew up on a small family farm near Avila Beach and is grateful she and her family call San Luis Obispo home. She graduated from San Luis High and earned her BS in Animal Science and Agriculture Business as well as an MBA from Cal Poly. An avid team roper and performance horse enthusiast, Kathleen specializes in ranches, homes on acreage and agricultural properties. Her education in business and finance make her well qualified to work with professionals and individuals alike. Kathleen is also a national Senior Loan Consultant with Janus Ag. Finance where she helps buyers and owners of agricultural properties secure financing.
